Our belt axes are used for the automatic delivery of large-format wooden panels in a sawmill.
During the processing and transport of the wooden panels, the axes are heavily exposed to dust and wood fibers. To protect the axes from the penetration of dirt particles, we have equipped the delivered module and table axes with a cover strip in the first step. However, the fine wood fibres that collect on the profile rails inside the axis are particularly critical. To keep continuous maintenance of the axes to a minimum, we have therefore additionally equipped the axes with sealing air holes to prevent fine dirt particles from entering the axis by continuously applying compressed air.
